Ardara Single Malt is produced at The Ardara Distillery in Donegal. Dedicated to heavily peated whiskeys from our all-grain process that are rooted in Donegal’s rich illicit distilling heritage.

Every drop is triple-distilled and uniquely starts its maturation in our Solera Vat, ensuring consistency and continuity from every batch. Our 2025 Edition cask composition is 47% Oloroso Sherry, 45% Bourbon and 8% Virgin Oak.

Nose: A sweet, fruity, nutty single malt character, a hint of waxiness wrapped in a sweet pipe smoke blanket.

Taste: Hot beignets, intensely sweet, poached pears, roasted coconut, almond, leather, rolled tobacco, sweet smoke, campfire, a morning-after ashiness and a sweet baked apple finish.

ABV: 46%
