A superb vodka from the Boatyard Distillery which is located on Lough Erne near Enniskillen. This is made in a still they have named ‘Dr Fusion’ and is made solely from Irish grown wheat. Once made it is not filtered and left as it is with the subtle taste of grain.
The Boatyard Distillery is an award-winning farm-to-bottle distillery located on the banks of Lough Erne in north-west Ireland. Only the best organic ingredients are chosen for each of their products with the terroir of the land at the forefront of each new spirit. Their signature gin botanical, Sweet Gale, is foraged from the family bog and the wheat used for their vodka can be traced from the bottle back to the very field it came from. 41% /70cl
