‘Stealth Mode’ is a 7.1% Black IPA brewed on a deep and complex base of Pale Malt, Chocolate Malt, Chateau Munich, Cara Pils and Flaked Barley.
We’ve retained the light roast that will be familiar to stout drinkers, but layered masses of hop character on top, using Centennial in the boil, Cascade and Galaxy in the whirlpool and kept the party going with huge Cascade and Galaxy additions in the fermenter.
