Domaine Pinnacle family farm is located in a picturesque corner of the Eastern District of Quebec, close to Pinnacle Mountain and the historic village of Freligshburg. The current owners have a beautiful manor house, as well as 174 hectares of orchard are Charles and Suzanne Crawford. After the acquisition of this property in 2000, the couple began production of ice cider, an official release which was settled in Quebec since 1999, the year. Ice Cider Production started in 2000 by Mr. and through hard work Crawford family, their dedication to their work, farm products quickly gained widespread popularity. To create Ice Cider apples left on the tree or in the cold, and then pressed and fermentable, or frozen juice pressed fresh apples outdoors at low temperatures, and only then succumbed to a slow fermentation. Freezing concentrates the sugar and flavor in apple juice, forming a sweet, fresh taste of cider.
