Master blender David McCabe has matured this premium whiskey in a combination of ex-bourbon and casks seasoned with oloroso sherry, cream sherry and ruby port. The result is a rich, full-bodied whiskey with the trademark Redbreast excellence and as the makers put it, “a little added maturity”.
