Teeling Whiskey Brabazon Volume 03 -14 Year Old

The highly anticipated third release from the Brabazon series. This whiskey is a celebration of the old and the new. Teeling have produced Volume 03 with a family owned winery in Jerez, who specialise in the Pedro Ximénez grape for over 300 years. They filled varietal Pedro Ximénez casks, which have been used by the winery for almost 90 years with Teeling single malt. Aged for 14 years in a combination of ex  Bourbon casks followed by a finishing period of three years in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Limited to just 10,000 bottles.
