How it all started

Places as popular as Dicey Reilly’s just don’t come into existence overnight. The hostelry dates back to 1856 when Micheal Gavigan first opened the doors of the pub to the public. The building was also the home of Margaret Delap who was later to become the wife of Thomas Barton and Guestier fame. We even have the original scripted deeds for the bar going back to 1856! Our passion for brewing delicious wines is still alive, and our rustic-styled bar with a traditional open fire and beer garden welcomes you.
