This Prosecco Frizzante consists of the Glera grape. These grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically. The fermentation takes place using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. The wine is then matured in steel tanks. The sparkling process is done using the Martinotti/Charmat method. Alc. 10.5%, 750ml.
