A blend of single pot still and grain whiskey aged in Bourbon Barrels of American White Oak, ex Sherry Butts of Spanish Oak, and as a gesture towards the wood itself, there is an element of unseasoned American Oak., The Virgin Oak delivers an additional layer of wood character adding to the richness and complexity of the single pot still spices, while the touch of Sherry maturation adds some balancing fruit character.
