Timmermans Tradition Faro is lambic that has been sweetened with cane sugar and candi sugar. Aromas of grain, apple and sour apple are in evidence. The taste is sweet and sour – but complex. Lambic sourness is balanced by cane / candy sugar sweetness. Pear drops, sour green apple, fresh pressed apple juice, citrus lemon, sour cola cube sweets and smooth champagne vanilla notes are all present. Abv 2.5%, 330ml bottle.
