This is a fantastic dessert beer. Has a tartness that you’ll feel in your cheeks with a nice punch of sweetness. The color is a deep opaque red with a foamy head that has little retention. Overall, a very authentic lambic with unique character. Abv. 4%, 375ml bottle.
